More than 1,200 Albanians have been sent to prison from a migrant population of nearly 53,000 Albanians living in the UK who do not have UK citizenship, according to a Telegraph analysis of official data.
They top a table of more than 130 nationalities ranked on the number of prisoners per 10,000 of the population in the UK from their countries. Albanians are followed by Kosovans, Vietnamese, Algerians, Jamaicans, Eritreans, Iraqis and Somalis.
The analysis suggests that the overall imprisonment rate of foreign nationals is 27 per cent higher than for British citizens. It shows 18.2 inmates per 10,000 migrants compared with the UK’s 14 per 10,000. German, Italian, Indian, Greek, US, Sri Lankan, French and Chinese nationals are the least likely to be jailed.

A number of arrests of Albanians have happened on the border of NI and the Republic of Ireland recently traveling on Buses from the South into the North their aim to get onto the UK mainland, some having being deported from the UK back to Albania.

It does bare repeating but, no matter how bad the stats are, the government, i include the tories dont care. Apart from ghettos, gangs, drugs, our vulnerable yougsters are raped. Britain when i was a lad was virtually crime free.
It might as well be Mogadishu now. These people come from places where law and order is scant if not absent.
Its a way of life, and we see it as normal now, we are not being protected by government, indeed, government wants more.

Classifying the prison population by nationality gives only a partial answer to the question of 'migrant' criminality.
A large number of the 'UK nationals' in custody are of migration background, either first generation who have been naturalised or the offspring of those who have.
A more accurate picture will be obtained by considering ethnicity rather than nationality, but the authorities are very unlikely to agree to such disclosures.

Forty per cent of arrested suspected criminals are foreign nationals in parts of the country, data shows.
In Cambridgeshire, of the more than 21,200 arrests made between 2021 and 2023, nearly 8,800 (41.5 per cent) were not UK citizens.
This is despite them comprising just 15 per cent of the local population.
Statistics from Cambridgeshire Police, which covers cities such as Cambridge and Peterborough, suggest foreign nationals residing in the UK are three times as likely to be arrested on suspicion of a crime than Brits.
In the county, the average annual arrest rate for foreign nationals between 2021 and 2023 was 21.5 per 1,000 population.
In todays Media an Albanian man who entered the UK unlawfully lied claiming to be a native of Kosovo is wanted in his home Country after being sentenced in his absence for Murder shooting a man in the head with an AK47 Rifle, has been allowed to stay in the UK
