EU CAP policy still resulting in dumping

As a result of the CAP subsidies to big producers, global markets are flooded with below cost foods, and producers in poorer countries which cannot afford to subsidise, are priced out of the market.

We're not in the EU any more but we are still affected as are our friends in the Commonwealth.
