I thought I'd start a thread exclusively to report on the trials and tribulations of our splendid leader, which can be updated by anyone as events happen. Labour had 4million just prior the GE from an offshore account on the cayman islands from a consortium of companies who supply medical insurance etc. It was the biggest donation ever recorded for a party in UK... |

Well one numbnut lefty Tom Baldwin who wrote Starmers biography said it was ok for Labour to take the 'freebies' because the Tories gave their mates Covid contracts including £4Billion PPE contracts.
He said he was 'angry' with journalists and the public being outraged about these minimal freebies, and they should concentrate on the money the Tories gave to their mates ...... LOL ... spoken like a true double standard lefty hypocrite.

I took freebies for my son, says 2TK: PM blames teenager's GCSEs for accepting £20,000 accommodation because he needed to study in 'peace'.... 2TK has blamed his son's GCSEs for taking £20,000 in donations for accommodation. The PM insisted his teenager needed somewhere to study in peace while the family were under close scrutiny during the run-up to the election. The property is reported to have been an £18million penthouse in the Covent Garden area of London, owned by Labour's Lord Alli. Sir Keir also left the door open to accepting more hospitality from donors in future, saying it was a matter of 'judgement' for MPs. Labour members have voted against Sir Keir Starmer’s winter fuel cuts as the party’s annual conference ended in embarrassment for the Prime Minister. The Communication Workers Union (CWU) teamed up with Unite to push a motion in Liverpool opposing the removal of the payments from 10 million retirees. Unions were left infuriated after Sir Keir’s allies rescheduled the vote from Monday. The motion was carried based on the rules of the party and it comes as a blow to the Prime Minister, who headed straight to New York after his conference speech so was not there for the ballot. While the vote is not binding, meaning it will not affect policy, it is nonetheless an embarrassment ahead of the Budget next month. As you might gather I have insufficient stomach lining to tolerate actually watching Two Tier Kier so when I heard this from a less than reliable source I was pretty dubious. I wonder if he has delusions of being JFK whose attempt to say we all stand with West Berlin now went a bit wrong didn't it |
