Yes because most 'rapes' are false. Real rape would involve something like a knife t the throat, not boyfriend and girlfriend have na argument. If you say so, what is real " Rape " ? You should ask labour. They are screwing all of us...

Real force/scary nasty stuff. Often linked to murder to cover the evidence. Often in a park or some other public place where the victim has been accosted.

I’m old enough to know that it changes to suit the political correctness of the time . For example, I remember a case in the mid 70s when a bloke ‘ took advantage’ of a drunk bridesmaid at a wedding . She was blind drunk and got into a car with a local pikey boy who had sex with her . He got taken to court but got off because he persuaded the court that he genuinely believed that she agreed . iirc she was scolded a bit for getting herself too drunk . How times change . Note..I’m not defending this idiot . I knew him a bit . Not a nice bloke .

Threat of violence is an either way thing because violence can mean a dirty look in today's fucked up country. The rest are less offensive all the way to it being used unfairly to punish the man for something he didn't do. Police should absolutely not get involved with boyfriend/girlfriend disputes. It's none of their bloody business.

I agree but would also add " him" as well many boys and men are also Raped Indeed I’m just asking him if he thought they were ‘ real’ rape as well. The term rape has changed with the sexual social dynamics since people said that a woman with her skirt up must be able to run faster than a man with his trousers down . Whether it’s moved too far is a matter of debate .

Threatening a girl in the back of your car is rape if she is frightened enough to give in and forcing a girl to have sex at her home if she wants to stop after she finds you are too rough, stink or just realises she doesn’t fancy you is rape too. However I do agree that there are genuine cases of revenge accusations of rape and/ or women caught cheating and accuse the bloke of forcing her.

It's getting to the point now where traditional ploys to chat up can be accused of rape. If I put my technician's cap on and look at it as i would a computer problem I believe I would be right in saying that if a man got a woman pissed then that would be rape if she would not sleep with the man if she were not pissed. Well in the practical sense in some social groups they would completely fail to reproduce without alcohol. One could frame is as alcohol saved our species. The fertility rate is already too low.
Men are geniuses at inventing all manner of creative ways to get women into their bed. It is the game of life. I think it crosses the line though when the man is issuing violent threats, like real violence. If a man loved a woman he would never want to do anything to hurt her, and quite the opposite. Mind you , i also know the manipulative bastard type too. I met one who had a problem with a family and the family hated him, but he had a relationship with s woman by sheer brainwashing. He was evil. The woman's old man offered him 20 grand to divorce her! This is the problem when you try and set a rule. There are those who can spin around it like he would, and then on the other hand lots of innocent men are getting caught up with the law, and that included me at one time.My crime was ringing a doorbell twice. One press OK, two presses = harassment + 2 coppers at my door. Had it been answered first time then it would not have needed another try. That was because of another manipulative bastard advising her.

That is a problem the CPS has with false claims of Rape, as I stated before it often boils down to the Victims word against the alleged Rapist hence it is often very difficult Crime to prove in Court, at least one pressure group has advocated the threshold of proof should be lowered, a very slippery slope IMHO. A man can now be tried for Rape of his wife or partner if she says no it means no, a Woman cannot be charged with Rape , but they can be charged with assisting Rape e.g. holding a person down whilst a man penetrates them or goading the man on

Diana didn't have a protection team; she didn't want to have them after her divorce. When MAF was alive, he threatened the girls if they told anyone. Now that he is dead, the women are taking a civil case against Harrods, who hid all this under the carpet.
I endured horrific abuse at the hands of Al Fayed at his Ritz Hotel in Paris. Even in his darkest months after Diana and Dodi's deaths, he was raping and assaulting girls like me.......... For the past week the spotlight in the Mohamed Al Fayed scandal has been on the women who claim they were assaulted and raped by him while employed in London. Now, the focus is turning to Paris. Kristina Svensson, who worked at Mohamed Al Fayed's prestigious hotel the Ritz, will be the first victim to file a complaint in France about the tycoon following the multiple claims of sexual assault and rape that have surfaced in the UK. Here, she is pictured in France, shortly after leaving the Paris Ritz
Kristina Svensson, who worked at the tycoon’s prestigious hotel the Ritz, will be the first victim to file a complaint in France. She was hired to be Al Fayed’s Executive Assistant at the Paris Ritz in June 1998 – only nine months after Princess Diana died, alongside her lover Al Fayed’s son Dodi, in a car crash. The couple had spent their last hours dining together at the Ritz. Yet, telling her full story for the first time, Kristina reveals how although Al Fayed was devastated by the loss of his son, his grief didn’t stop his ‘violent’ and ‘perverted’ attacks. ‘He was raping and assaulting young women and girls even in his darkest hour. All he could think about was sex,’ Kristina tells me today. ‘He was an absolute pervert, committing criminal acts against women on a regular basis.’ Now a French lawyer is calling for victims abused by Al Fayed at the Paris Ritz, his Paris house, at his property in St Tropez, as well as on his yacht, to come forward. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13887123/horrific-abuse-hands-Al-Fayed-Ritz-Hotel-Paris-darkest-months.html
