David Lammy has made a speech "assuring the British public that climate change is at the centre of everything he does as foreign secretary". He's an idiot. He has an in tray that's overflowing, what with the ongoing war in Ukraine and the Middle East threatening to erupt at any time, but Lammy is applying his giant brain to the the climate change issue. FFS.

Hes trying to change something that cant be changed regardless of how its happening, naturally or not. Another anomally is him saying it, in his fevered mind it seems that he thinks hes getting brownie points for saying it.
When those in the know, he is showing himself up as predictably stupid. Its only a matter of time before that loose cannon says something horrendous, and gets fired.
The only way Lammy can help anybody, anything, is by going on a diet, and saying that if i can do it so can you, and by not going on safari, he might get shot as someone might think hes a silverback.

One cannot carry out a proxy war in Ukraine with climate change at the heart of it. It makes no sense, one suspends one's search for net zero as one prosecutes a war. He is going to do more for the Ukrainian people, by suspending climate change emergency measures, whilst at the same time doubling down on climate change emergency measures for the British people. As ever most of the politicians we have wish to become international statesmen and like all such figures before hand it is largely done on the backs of, and to the detriment of, the British people who are in fact the ones paying the piper and have no say over the tune. No matter what one says or thinks about Thatcher she always had Britain as the centre of her attention and consideration and was probably the last of that kind. |

It's gradually becoming more and more insane and contradictory.
The claim that we are being subjected to some kind of cult is not as outlandish as it may first sound - these people have clearly all been 'groomed' and their beliefs don't hold together rationally.
The whole 'management' has been hijacked by lunatics and there is no counter-voice.

He really is staggeringly ignorant. The one I like best is that Marie Antoinette discovered Radium.
But the really weird thing is how confident Lammy is. If I knew that little there is NO way I'd expose myself to ridicule by appearing on Mastermind. Yet Lammy plainly thinks he's clever. That's what makes him so dangerous.
