In recent years it has become trendy for lefties to demonise anyone who waves a Union Jack or England flag as 'far right', and that was under a supposed conservative government. After five years of this authoritarian pro minority left wing government, I dread to think how much worse things may become. Well my flag is up there fluttering in the breeze, and it will be a brave, or possibly stupid man, who tells me to take it down. OR ... The Union Flag and England flag have been used by the populist right to demonize those who are not of the populist right, by attempting to portray them as been unpatriotic, and by foolishly suggesting that people who vote Labour are somehow opposed to the Union Flag. The founder of The Labour Party whom the Prime Minister is named after had a Union Flag in his living room, maybe the reason why the Prime Minister is rarely ever seen without a Union Flag by his side. It is perfectly acceptable to call it the Union Jack, in fact I prefer it.
