Did the Tories start an illegal war c2? Or put the NHS in hock with PFI? Nah try again old man and stop making yourself look even more foolish. PFI began in the early 1990's under John Major. The minister with the most intellectual input into the idea was David Willetts, Norman Lamont then Chancellor of the Exchequer dabbled with the idea, John Major approved it. Tony Blair and Gordon Brown then fell in love with PFI and expanded its use.
Willetts was also a fanatical remoaner just like John Major was before we left the EU.
