There are no current Covid variants of concern in the UK.
Deaths from Covid are around 1.5% of total deaths. Deaths from Flu are 8 times higher.
There are, of course, an unknown number of deaths of people whose health had been previously damaged by Covid. Chinese research in 2021 found that 50% of people who contracted Covid early in 2020 still had "damaged health" a year later.
Throughout the pandemic the number of recorded deaths caused by the Covid vaccine are less than 100.
Total deaths so far, now the pandemic is over, are around 235,000
