I think that he is probably better out of it, he has served in the Army, time to now have a proper career and not join the RAF at such a late stage in life, perhaps he simply failed to show officer like qualities (spoke with a Brummie accent, broke wind during the toast, rogered his batman), we might only know half the story. Good luck to him anyway, that bloke Wigston seems to be a right pillock.

The clown was a disgrace to the uniform and the service is better off with him gone.

The clown was a disgrace to the uniform and the service is better off with him gone. Why do you say that?

The clown was a disgrace to the uniform and the service is better off with him gone. Why do you say that? He was the one that started this headlong dash into DEI - he declared at one point that the RAF's greatest priority was 'diversity'. Someone should have reminded the clown that the RAF's only priority is defence of the Nation.

It seems like they made a mistake. They told him they were not recruiting when they were. It's the kind of point a judge will take seriously because it is a dishonest statement where one can not easily excuse oneself. The judge will ask why they lied about it if they were not trying to discriminate.

It's the same in the Army and Navy. I noticed this morning an item about about Royal Marines top brass being criticised for changing the names of training exercises because they sounded too aggressive. For example; Exercise "Direct Action" is now called "Dragon Warrior", and exercise "Violent Entry" is now called "Green Salamander".
Perish the thought that Royal Marines Commandos should be aggressive!
I give up.
