Labour will give the Scotland office direct spending powers to spend £150 million on anti poverty schemes.

It's a start, but they should abolish devolution altogether, bulldoze Holyrood and build something useful in its place.

You cannot negotiate with those who want you dead.

They are continuing the Tory plan of levelling up spending apparently, in Scotland

This plan saw a Tory wipeout in Scotland at the last election

Many of the announcements are confirmations of “levelling up” funding, a project begun under the Tories. The UK Government replaced EU funding – which had been controlled by the Scottish Government pre-Brexit – with funding that they directly controlled.
