Not as serious but manipulation of justice,Ive no doubt some were fare dodgers but prosecuting those who were not is typical of penalising the plebs with impunity. Till now. link |

Apparently this also involves speeding fines. There was a guy on the radio this afternoon who had a speeding ticket which he admitted too and paid the fine of £100 - then 3 months later they refunded the fine and launched a single justice procedure which he was not informed of or invited to that fined him £300.
So much for the Magna Carter.
