We all fill in forms of one type or another and send them off to government bodies in the hope they will grant what you are applying for if there is some discretion required on the merits of the application. Often these applications are through our solicitor or some middleman we employ if they are important.
I stumbled upon this video on Youtube. It has 4 views so far! You see my AI has been trained by myself to select videos of low viewcount. This is where the really odd things turn up that normal people would never be recommended and no search engine will list.
