What would the charges be? The point I answered was "If we were to charge and jail everyone who ever spread misinformation" so you have asked your question out of context. waffle. I made a comment on misinformation being regularly spread especially by politicians , and you retorted I would be the first one in jail. Sandy asked you what would the charges be , and you reply he is asking a question out of context. you cant answer him , not because of his question being out of context , but because you are talking bollocks as per normal. why would I be the first one in jail , and if you are implying I spread disinformation , prove it? over to you?

So the charge would be spreading misinformation. I am not clear yet on what misinformation is and who decides that it is misinformation. I can point to oodles of information released or commissioned by government that is plainly false in its conclusions and slanted in its findings. That is nothing new, what is new is imprisoning members of the public for doing exactly the same often unintentionally and seemingly with your support.

The British justice-system is a circus but at least the judges dress accordingly as clowns with their ridiculous gowns and wigs.

And watching the tv,news they went to Tamworth where the hotel full of asylum seekers was attacked.
By the far right? Well as a percentage of the population perhaps a handful but the majority imo were crooks thieves and opportunists who hate the police and saw an opportunity to cause havoc and loot.
Anyway they talked to some locals who said they were appalled by the violence,of course they were most people are but crucially they say they are very concerned by immigration and that they feel homeless people born here are being neglected ,ignored and left to fend for themselves whilst migrants are put up in hotels given food and money.
They say they feel their concern is being ignored, they’re not racists but they’ve been ignored for a long long time.

However because they can be declared racists, as well as being far right, they become persons of unworthy opinions and as such can be ignored. Even if they were a majority, and the polls indicate this may well be the case, the tags 'racist' and 'far right' remove from them any democratic rights. They cannot be concerned citizens.

Well therein lies their road to ruin and trying to drag us along too. If the rise of the afd in Germany and similar party’s doesn’t tell them what closing their ears to ordinary decent law abiding people who are not particularly politically motivated don’t riot are concerned by them continuing along the path of berating people for white privilege, shame of empire and a need to atone for our past whilst opening the doors to all comers may see those concerned citizens pushed toward politics they would normally avoid. Here is Clive Lewis mp proving their point that just talking about migrants makes you racist and far right. x.com/JamesHarvey2503/status/1830006019415535676

A mother who went on holiday to Ibiza rather than attending her son's sentencing for his role in riots has been ordered to pay compensation to the victims. Her 12-year-old boy kicked a bus outside a hotel housing asylum seekers in Manchester on 31 July, before joining a mob that targeted a vape shop and threw missiles at a police van on 3 August. The 30-year-old mother was ordered to pay £1,200 compensation - approximately the same price as her holiday - and attend a six-month parenting course.

My point was that you are quick on misinformation. So if such was a jail able offence you would be the first to go (a slight exaggeration I know ) I have already pulled you up over it. I will do it again with a reminder of your post above.
