Officers from Cheshire Police have arrested a woman in relation to social media post containing inaccurate information about the identity of the attacker in the Southport murders.
The 55-year-old woman from near Chester, was arrested earlier today, Thursday 8 August, on suspicion of publishing written material to stir up racial hatred (S19 of the Public Order Act 1986) and false communications (S179 Online Safety Act 2023).
She is currently being held in police custody where she is assisting officers with their enquiries.

You can't get a better example of the two tier justice system than this: The rioters are already tried, convicted and banged up, while the killer doesn't get anywhere near a court until October - for a pre-trial hearing!

There a lot of investigation and prep Into a murder trial Yes when it's not known who did it but in this case they already have the killer. Not only that, in such a high profile case as this, it is in the public interest to expedite proceedings so people can see that justice is done and swiftly. |

An English man living in scotland cannot order a replacement birth certificate from a Scottish registry office , he has to apply to his own country. this is beside the point. You and others claim this guy has a welsh birth certificate , and as most people know , a welsh birth certificate isnt in existence. For legal purposes , Wales became part of England in a series of acts by Henry 8th in the 16th century. so he cannot have a welsh birth certificate , he can only have an English one. as we have said before though pieces of paper dont necessarily define you nationality. your upbringing family cirumstances and ancestry often do. so the next avenue you and your friends have is to explore if this guy saw himself as welsh , and if you can prove this , I will be happy to accept this . If not , we can dismiss your claims along with all the other nonsense of the last week or so , like the majority of what labour and their support base talk . |

I think that needs some context, most of the searches are carried out in London and inner city schools where the black population is significantly higher. If we related the strip search figures to the local population figures, as they do for stop and search, then a different figure may emerge. |
