Nigel Farage has said Parliament should be recalled, quite rightly. But isn't this the job of the Tories? Where's effing Sunak? Someone needs to tell Starmer which way is up. Instead the useless Tories - or what's left of them - are just parroting Starmer's bollocks about how terrible the disorder is.

I think we should stop calling labour or tory the official opposition because it emboldens the dodgy two party system. In the last parliament , it was often the snp who were seen opposing the tory government. not the labour flip floppers. in this parliament , I suspect Farage will be the voice holding labour to account , rather than whatever muppet is installed to whimper from the blue tory benches. |

All the MP's are away on their Summer holidays, they'll have no intention of cutting that short and dragging the kids back to Britain. And what's to be gained by lining up MP after MP to give a speech castigating the evil,violent and extremist Far Right ..... the Government spokesmen and the newspapers and TV are doing that perfectly adequately.
Starmer has already said the Far Right are bad, and what's more he's going to lock them up. And long before the Election he's had all his 'Anti-Extremist' legislation set out and ready to be rolled out soon. The handful of 'Opposition' MPs can sit there and nod along, but they're of little consequence and represent a Party greatly disliked by the British public as the recent General Election proved. Leave them on their sunbeds, if Tommy Robinson can direct things from his 5 star hotel in Cyprus, the holidaying MPs can send back their thoughts also.
