Meet the poster girl.
You know with people like that, all the Russians need to do on the battlefield is shout f-off n*iger and she would be done for. Anyway here is one more reason why you would want to sign up if you is black. I think she got a fat wedge as a golden goodbye, having decided it's just too tough for a girl.

The people in the Army that were part of such racist and sexist harassment should hang their heads in shame . That a young lady , obviously keen to do well having advanced to an instructor of recruits has been treated in any other way than with the respect she had earned is a sad indictment of our armed forces .
The days of bullying and generally making peoples lives shit to see if they 'can handle it' are long gone and for me the Army has wasted ,thrown away ,a talented soldier ,for what , A laugh , a snigger in the mess hall ? That's the sort of army that turns out losers not winners and we will all be poorer for it .

In ww1, the british soldiers were half the weight and height of the germans, because of poverty, the government realised how poor and malnourished the poor were, it might of been the beginning of the NHS. Anyway, a few years ago a small british boat from a ship, was confronted by a much bigger Iranian boat in a standoff somewhere.
The British boat fled, it made the news. During this encounter a female sailor was on her mobile, all the time, incredible.
From one extreme to another.
The above is school stuff, secondary school stuff, her reaction encouraged it, it reminds me of Waterboy, the film with Adanm Sandler in it, the captain of a rival team was abusing all and sundry, only to find a knife at his throat.
Things changed.
If she stood up to it, she would have won respect, after all, its the army. Her self respect was at stake, its better to project out and blame all else. I havent watched the cvideo, i take it she didnt tell whoever to go jump off a bridge.

How was it that they were so racist when they put her on a pedestal as a model soldier for the publicity campaign? You see one bit of information in this report jars with other information we are told. We are told she could not face a pile of boxes on her desk - lol.
Imagine in a war as solder you chicken out when faced with a pile of boxes in your way, much like the joke of not being able to fight your way out of a paper bag eh?

Im sure you aree correct, it proves my first point. I used to be a scout once, and went on a couple of camping expeditions. The thing was the scouts were run a bit like the army. It was the time before the politically correct were in operation so all the scout leaders were men and all us lot were boys. It was a boys thing you see. There was one guy there from Wales, so he was called Taff. He was a popular guy and that became his name as it was common that any characteristic would get you a nick name. Like a chap I know from Malta is a sound engineer and his nickname is wires. Everyone back in pre-PC times loved their nicknames for it singled them out as someone special. For example if you are having trouble with too many wires, you might think, ah, I know who can help. Like our man Taff was good at regarding Welsh street names. It only seems to be a problem if the name is referring to the race of one of these PC-designated protection groups. I mean I could call someone a Chinaman, a chink or refer to their yellow brain (Peter Sellers -> Kato) and that would be a laugh, but call someone a Nig or a Pak then you are making them go utterly crazy. So who has the problem here? Who would you recruit if you were selecting people for the army? Who is going to be easy to get on with?

Indeed, i had two nicknames as a lad, brodni at school, it was short for my russian second name, and Frankenstein down my street with my gang. Frankenstein is a bit odd, im a gentle soul, not a monster. But you are right, individuality is verboten.
The left is a cancer.
