I'm not sure why you are trying to associate it with management, it's for all. These types of courses are often compulsory for employees. Most employees are potential managers and I ask again what exactly do they learn that is not already known.

They all have to sit the diversity and inclusion course. (And yes, I've seen black people fail it.)

What do they have to consider and what allowances do they have to make?
