Biden has "appeared", if you can call it that, in a telephone call to a campaign rally supporting Kamala who called the phone call a "recor..." then said phone call.
Biden was amazingly fluent in the phone call, not hesitant or foggy, almost like someone had put together sound clips somehow, which, we know, wouldn't be possible, would it?
He didn't opt for a video call. I wonder why not?

Biden has been seen getting onto a plane. Well, it might have been him, but I've seem "Mission Impossible" and it might have just been a similar height bloke with a shuffle with a latex mask on.
He made some weird arm gestures as he got on the plane.

In his 80s, Winston Churchill was approached by a journalist who said that he hoped to photograph the great man when he was 100.
Churchill smiled and said that he saw no reason why not as the journalist seemed pretty fit to him.
The trouble with Biden and Trump and a lot of other modern politicians is that they are almost total humour free zones.
