You are asking why there are no "new dinosaurs"? Are you really this stupid?
Dinosaurs were a product of their time (climate, atmosphere, available food etc).They could not survive now... but if the climate and atmosphere becomes favorable for massive reptiles to flourish once again... then dinosaur like creature might re-appear... humans wouldn't be around though... the air would be toxic to us.
Also, if there hasn't been "enough time" for humans to have evolved naturally... how the fuck has there been enough time for Aliens to evolve faster than us and then seed the earth? lol. Or are you saying the Aliens are older than the universe? lol.
Drop any dinosaur into today’s jungles, savannahs and other habitats … and it would find conditions on Earth - environments to survive … which are more favourable than the period scientists imagine life first evolved … No??🤔
If meteors and human populations hadn’t exploded recently … and devastated every habitat on Earth by excessive predation and culling for greed, sport+profit … ripping off Nature…. there would be enough food for a variety of giant monitor-type lizards we see today …
There are still a few totally isolated ‘Lost World’-type remote habitats where no human has trodden … but no new dinosaurs have been discovered … or evolved for millions of years … to take advantage … filling a niche of opportunity to grow large and Jurassic savvy … with little competition. Why? … maybe the ‘creationist spark’ had temporarily quit Planet Earth?

The habitat, air quality and temperature supports dinosaur evolution today … but any larger threatening beast that grows out of the herd with a size/weight advantage … is normally killed by modern humans for sports trophies … so fast track evolution … when it happens … fails to pass on the gene for gigantism. Big animals are wise to hide in today’s world.
Modern humans killed off giant human variants like Goliath and Neanderthals … even though giant human skeletons have been found … and traces of DNA remain … as well as many weird fossilised footprints in stone … science and the Smithsonian denies giant humans existed … possibly an early alien geneticist’s experiment to create a biped suited to an environment that could compete and survive in a dinosaur’s giant world?? …
Remember the buffalo/caribou herds in the Americas before the Europeans arrived with guns and no sense to just kill enough to eat … and store for winter.
There are many species(lizards/crocs/sharks/insects/birds etc) that are survivors from the period of the dinosaurs … and some have very strong features that show this ancestry …

It’s possible that the original alien creators that kickstarted Earth’s dinosaur project … likely came from other Galaxies or even possibly another multiverse with their lizard DNA already in their make-up.
Solar System designers and Planet/Moon-formers could have finished their engineering reconstruction work … after some cock-up triggered a Big Bang(someone left the gas on? … then a Sun sparked it all off?) … probably one of many, who knows? … years later when the Earth cooled and it’s sister Moon gave stability for an Eden Project … the lizard people moved in and started up, simply initially with trilobites etc, after possible failures on Mars … retaining water and a stable ‘atmosphere’.
As things developed here ok … and eco-stability was achieved … then they went REALLY radical with all that T.Rex/sea monster sh*t.
They clearly went ‘genetically creatively bananas’ for a few million years! … real works of ‘GENIUS’ … then when the Gulf of Mexico meteor hit … and created mass extinctions …possibly a new set of creationists stepped in with new skills ??… and a new template of species had to be generated? … adapted to settle into a radically new damaged environment with a modest number of adaptable survivors.
We are guessing there was a proposal many years later … for a series of new humanoid apes … genetically made from the ‘rib’ of a template alien called Adam … in the image of the creators(gods) … approved by an ancient Inter-Galactic Council … so a Planet of the Apes Project was hatched.
It was a plan to create ‘slaves’ with a limited intellect … dumbed down god-material … that they could manipulate to farm for them ….
So humanoid tribes sprang up with distinctive traits in isolation … nurtured and protected by these jealous space gods - rivals that fought in the heavens … and demanded worship, slavery, sacrifice … and gifts of provender … for their Mother ships … during their journeys across Galaxies … It’s very very likely many truck-stop Earths are littered all over the Universe.
Civilisation experiments in different parts of the World … the Nordic aliens were given Scandinavia, the Chinese/Japanese-type aliens got East Asia … European Caucasianaliens were another Group, Africans were an early experiment that were possibly split and relocated in Australia too. - Americans/S. Americans might have had land bridge access across Alaska … or most likely had a unique pocket habitat in S. America … messing with surviving dinosaurs West of the Amazon … (see the Ica stones depicting evidence of that interaction/survival).
Many ancient civilisations did really well … with help of these ‘gods’ and their technology and ingenuity … they rose and fell early on when the Gods decided to leave …after inspiring much pyramid building worldwide …
They decided to step out their lab experiment … as humans became too feral … and now really keep their distance as we are going more ‘rogue’ … but they left their ‘graffiti tags’ on the desert sands of Nazca … saying “We were here”.
All this is buried and lost in the sands of time … as is the evidence of a Universe before the Big Bang ….
Sadly our not very bright scientists are determined to ignored these desert ‘tags’ … and the complex crop circles that followed. … like they will ignore this mathematics that seriously questions the basic tenet of Evolution Theory … and the visitations of higher intelligences … also all UFO/creationist theory/evidence.
Their collosal EGOS can’t come to terms with demotion from ‘God Status’ … and the fact they are second rate scientists whose ‘invention’ comes mostly from ideas in Nature and the Universe … a Nature arguably created largely by a ‘higher intelligence’. … where Evolution still had a major role in making the key fit and work … making creatures and plants and Life totally symbiotic …. but was it really there for the brilliant innovations - the radical stuff?? … the Jury is still out on that.
Creating Mum and Dad at the same time. … ensuring their bits were compatible … so they could breed.
What came first … the dinosaur or it’s egg?? … question answered … the genius geneticists …
