Wouldn't it rather depend upon who set the times, and what they were set to?
I haven't checked this time but at an earlier Olympics the female 100m gold medal winner would not have qualified for the mens heats.
It's all to do with making the Games 'gender neutral', not a concept that would have resonated with the ancient Greeks nor indeed with the people who re-invented the games in the 20C.

Your comprehension skills are sadly lacking,go back and read what was posted because I called you nothing I posed a question.
