For the second Olympics in a row, more females in Team GB than males: 172 versus 155. A sign o' the times?
As usual Britain shows the way.

Your sexist has well. Had more UK men than women competed in two Olympic Games in a row , would it be sexist to point that out ?

Wouldn't it rather depend upon who set the times, and what they were set to?
I haven't checked this time but at an earlier Olympics the female 100m gold medal winner would not have qualified for the mens heats.
It's all to do with making the Games 'gender neutral', not a concept that would have resonated with the ancient Greeks nor indeed with the people who re-invented the games in the 20C.

Your comprehension skills are sadly lacking,go back and read what was posted because I called you nothing I posed a question. Since you so often resort to the Mind Zone thinking it giving some protection from criticism it does say be respectful amongst other things, how are endless references to blacks in football women in sport darkies and childish replies to another poster of aw diddums amount to respectful…..just saying.

Exactly. Some people just look for offence where there is none. Doesn’t that also apply to ones who took offence to DD pointing out a discrepancy? I didn't take offence, and there's no evidence of a discrepancy. Hence my comment.

It was pointed out. There was no offence expressed. You posted “ Some people just look for offence where there is none.“ Hence my comment .
