Thomas votes the Alba party lol must be hard a few days after starmer got elected , by fptp rather than voters , he is already letting you down over things like council houses , and Wes streeting talking about how the English nhs can boost corporate profits. LMFAO. I see starmers labours vote share also fell by nearly 7 per centre points in the most deprived constituencies. As ive always said , new labour aren't the party of the working class , but the champagne middle class liberals.
Not let me down give it time .

And seeing you didnt vote SNP and you being a Snat there only Alba lols you was? I support Scottish independence , and like Alba among others. However , I know it's hard for a labour cultist to comprehend , but im a floating voter , and only give my votes to parties I deem worthy , and pick and choose . Im one man though , a member of this forum like you , and one of 40 odd million voters , so this isnt about me , so stop trying to deflect away from the mess that is new labour and starmers lack of mandate. are you thick , or just clueless about politics? It was a Westminster election under ftp , people stayed at home and didnt vote , others voted tactically , and there were other parties across scotland like the Scottish greens (who helped take 5 seats for labour off the snp) some independents , and parties like ISP who stood candidates in some constituencies across scotland who support independence. 33.7% .No mandate starmer.

Not let me down give it time . He isnt in charge of Scotlands nhs , so it's not me who has to give him time. Im simply laughing at the clueless like you that thought labour are somehow the party of the working class and socialists , and you are about to be given an object lesson about what the red tories are.

This was the party , your party , that brought in the first privatised English nhs hospital , wasn't it? Nope yep. Andy Burnham , of new labour privatised hinchingbrooke hospital in England , and then later tried to pass the buck to the coalition government who like the snp in scotland , had to deal with the mess new labour left behind. Not to mention the toxic PFI projects , £30 billion in scotland , and in England £ 80 billion legacy that costs the nhs millions per month and is a drain on taxpayers money. Labour Shadow Secretary of State for Health Andy Burnham rushed to blame the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition government for appointing Circle, as if everyone had already forgotten the previous Labour government’s role. Although the coalition government awarded the 10-year Hinchingbrooke contract in November 2011, after it came to power, it was the Labour government and Burnham as health secretary that judged the hospital to be “failing” and who signed off on the decision to appoint a private contractor in 2009.

Like i said Thomas nope 1983 Margaret Thatcher (Conservative) introduces competitive tendering to outsource ancillary services including porters, kitchens and cleaning to private companies, which eventually leads to increased levels of hospital-acquired infections. Access to NHS optician and dental care is reduced and charges are brought in. 1988 Oliver Letwin, a privatisation expert at NM Rothschild Bank, and MP John Redwood (Conservative) write Britain’s Biggest Enterprise, a manual on how to privatise the NHS through the stealthy and gradual introduction of trusts, private companies, charges, profits and health insurance. The Adam Smith Institute, a neoliberal think tank, flesh out this manual in The Health of Nations by Pirie & Butler. 1991 John Major (Conservative) brings in the NHS and Community Care Act introducing an Internal Market to the NHS with a ‘purchaser-provider’ split, de-centralising the service by forming NHS trusts, adding a corporate management structure and the principle of competition. Analyses of NHS marketisation show costs escalating. By 2005, the cost of NHS bureaucracy is estimated to have increased by 10% (Bloor Report). 1992 The Conservatives introduce Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs), an unnecessary and expensive method of borrowing money for new hospitals designed to deliver attractive, risk-free returns for private investors, drain money out of the NHS, lock the taxpayer into long-term debt and justify hospital closures.
