But the NSDAP, (National Socialist German Worker's Party) campaigned on left wing issues to get into power, work and bread for all Germans.
Ernst Rohm was about as left wing as they come, Hitler saw him as a potential rival for the leadership of the party and had him murdered.

Pillock, neither Le Pen nor Farage are 'far' right. FFS the Nazis were far right, do you really believe Le Pen and Farage are Nazis?.. I did not say they were. Populist broadcast speech is BBC, Channel 4 etc. Far Right is what they call them.
Prefix that with pseudo (dictionary def: not genuine; spurious or sham) changes the meaning as per sham popularity. Not there by choice, but still everyone watches the crap.
All I'm saying is since the BBC etc use the same identity it means they have something in common, not necessarily what they say, but still something is common since they are both hated by these broadcasters and put down. Farage is just in the same shoes as Le Pen.

They had the second round its over and done with It's far from over and done with. There is political chaos in France at the moment, Macron is weak, his prime minister has tendered his resignation which Macron refused because he needs him, riots have already started due to the left conspiring against Le Penn, and just to add to Macrons headache the Olympics start in a couple of weeks. It's going to get messy. Like I said, Le Penn may yet have the last laugh. 200 Candidates mainly from the Far Left or Centralists stood down in order to help Macron stay in the driving seat, however France is now in political limbo, with a hung parliament as no party or alliance has won a majority of seats. The left won 182 seats, Mr Macron's centrist alliance 168 and Ms Le Pen's National Rally (RN) and allies 143, interior ministry data cited by Le Monde newspaper showed. |

You may think they have, and you are no doubt dancing with delight that a bunch of people who make Corbyn look right wing have one third of the seats in the french 'parliament' I put that in quotes because for the forseeable it will do nothing more than shout and rant The fact is the hard left will be just as pissed at the Macron centrists failure to march to their songs as they will at RN for having the nerve to exist. I rather suspect the French will be in about the same economic position as the poorer bits of Mexico by this time next year I'll soon find out as I will be engaging in a bit of extravagant conspicuous consumption in Disneyland Paris next month. Let the peasants eat cake, I say. |
