1) A blocked/jammed ballistic missile (Russian/Ukrainian/British/American ‘false flag’?) could have ‘gone off course’ .

2)Was Azov or key Ukraine/NATO/UK/CIA military generals hiding there? … conducting operations by fleeing from one children’s hospital to another?
