Well there we have it, Kier Starmer is the new prime minister. It must be said, it's not exactly a shock... but it is a shock. Lets see what the nest few years bring. On the bright side, I'm pleased Farage is at last in the HoC, at last.

Anyone who thinks a political party needs 50% of the vote to have a mandate, is reading politcs from that well known volume entitled Janet and John do politics. Read up on mandates. Now grow the fuck up or stop bothering me. You were the one bothering everyone else because you can't hold a few beers and have decided you are somehow a political genius even Monte is having a party with it. How dare you, I've not had a drop.

It looks like Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg may have lost his seat, if so that's a blow for common sense. Oh I hope so. What a vile man.

OK it's a landslide, it's a low turnout and a low vote count, Labour have won with 38% of the vote. Voter apathy? Whatever, the bottom line is Labour are in government. On the bright side we have at last got Reform UK MP's in the HoC, and the SNP have taken a well deserved kicking.
As much as the result may piss me off, I have to concede, you cant beat democracy.

Ha, JRM's seat was the one that gave Labour it's majority. Also, looks like RefUK only getting 4 seats after all.

In the last 50 years only 12 cabinet members have lost their seats.

Reform took over 7000 votes from JRM. It'll be interesting to see how many seats the Tories lost because of them.

Oh I hope so. What a vile man. Vile! You're a pillock. I called it that he would lose. The idea that Tory viewers wanted something further right is for the birds. There is an option to start again.
