Like Bentley said A win is a Win im not a fan of Bellingum but is Goal was class , True. But if that is the type of performance they are going to put in against the Swiss, then they'll be out. I'm hopeful that the Swiss come out against England and attack them. England are void of ideas when trying to break down low block teams. i think football has developed so much in National football. there not teams with part time football but apply there football in other country's leagues . England were shambolic. Got through purely on luck, not effort and not skill. Georgia losing 4:1 to Spain played every minute, even when they were 3:1 down, with more passion, panache, and skill than England have manged all tournament. It would be easy to blame it all on Southgate, and he does carry some of the blame, but the players should be hanging their heads in shame. Harry Kane has been fucking useless all tournament, putting in less effort that almost anyone else - the team medic has covered more yards than Kane. Southgate's portion of the blame is in keeping Kane in the starting line-up, bench the useless twat and put someone in who actually wants to play for their country, and not just their own ego. All The Best We were playing against a team that was set up to defend for their lives . If Georgia had played like that they wouldn't have lost 4-1 . Likewise if Slovakia had come to play we would have looked like Spain . Well we would have until we had taken the lead then Southgate would have had us playing like them protecting the 1-0 .
