We heard so much from the Brexiteers that when we leave the EU trade block we be able to trade wordwide and force new trading partners.

In the 6yrs post Brexit we have 70 new trade deals most of them we had when we was in the EU.

One new deal we had was set uo by liz truss.That was with Japan it was hailed has a new horizon and much hype was going on.

But in the short period since the deal all have turned sourer has Ex-ports with japan in decline .

And its predicted that the Deals with AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND will be a disaster for our farming industry.

I think people should be concerned about imports of meat from Australia and New Zealand.
Like America they allow the use of growth hormones in cattle.
The Americans assure us there are no safety concerns over the use of steroids in animals farmed for meat but ban the use of such steroids in dairy cattle.
This is something people should look into for themselves so they can take an informed decision about whether they want to take the risk.
Such hormones are banned for use in most other nations around the world although some do allow the import of meat grown with their use.
I don't eat meat myself but if I did I don't think I would eat beef from these countries. I certainly wouldn't serve it to others.
