Sir beer starmer called out by Andrew Neil over claim he did not have Sky TV growing up.......
Andrew Neil has called out Sir Beer for claiming his family did not have Sky TV when he was a child – because the service launched when he was 27 years old.
The Labour leader said he “certainly” did not have the paid-for channel after Rishi Sunak said it was one of the things he had to go without growing up.

Its a well trodden path where MP's have alternate memories . Reminds me of Tony Blair who said he used to sit with his dad in the Gallowgate stand at St James park (Newcastle utd)
There were no seats in that stand until the mid 1990's

Par for the course - last week he said he would allow a relative to die rather than pay for private medicine - this week he admits to using a private dentist..

I have never had Sky, the kids had to do without a colour tele growing up until about 1984.
