She has also been charged with Criminal Damage to his suit, I am not sure but I think she has done this sort of stunt before and has a previous conviction if so she may get a suspended custodial sentence |

HandymanIf it is only for damage against the suit that is a joke, in an age where we have acid being thrown at people it needs a higher charge perhaps threatening behaviour likely to cause extreme stress, might need new legislation.

The CPS do know what charges are fitting, the Common Assault is appropriate under the Offences Against the Person Act, the damage to his suit shirt even though the Dry Cleaners should be able to put that right comes under the Criminal Damage Act again which is appropriate, both of which have been in place for years and years Threatening Behaviour is not appropriate because she has gone beyond making a verbal threat, she assaulted him had she thrown acid GBH with intent which carries a Life Sentence |
