He added: 'I see no reason why a British worker cannot be a care worker.'
Maybe it would work? Rather than having work shy petty criminals languishing in prison they could be trained up to be care workers?

Rather than having work shy petty criminals languishing in prison they could be trained up to be care workers? Somehow senior, I cant see it. You cant force someone to be a 'care' worker. As the old saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make him drink. On the other hand, you can force petty criminals to work on chain gangs cleaning up litter and graffiti, things like that.
