I can not stop 65,000 rapes - I can stop the rapes that you think are a price worth paying. The prison could stop them. They could stop all the men being raped in prison, funny I never noticed your concern for them. I can only imagine your concern about the lack of rapes that reach court. I'll watch out for your thread. How?

Sorry? Same way as we do in the outside world only easier because of the controlled environment. You can't. There just isn't the manpower and even prisoners have rights to go to the toilet without being spied on. Plus a rape is only really preventable if somebody is aware that it's going to happen, which is why the accusation follows the action in the real world. All normal and thoroughly decent people want is for those rights to extend to women. With them being locked up with a man who rapes women, but suddenly chooses to be a woman just to be locked up with vulnarable women (who do still deserve some basic privacy), you're encouraging sexual attacks. You cannot win this argument, even if you lust for such a thing until you're filled with envy and hate. The SNP was on the spotlight whilst everyone pointed and laughed, followed by some serious concern about what it is they're actually doing.

Short of putting every single prisoner in solitary confinement for the entirety of their sentence they are not going to stop it happening in prisons either. I would also point out that rape by fellow imnmates never existed inside womens prisons until we started putting transgender men in there.

Afaik it is unacceptable and sometimes illegal for unauthorised men to enter women’s spaces anyway . Trans women are men . There is no law preventing use of either loo. Would you like to see the introduction of one? Do you not understand the difference between women’s spaces and women’s toilets ? Try this ..go into the local swimming pools ladies changing rooms and get naked in front of girls. See if the police get involved . As for ladies toilets , it’s simply not workable to make it illegal for men to enter ladies toilets

Seems an odd place to start given that the statistical likelihood is so vanishingly rare. And how are you going to police it?It is far from rare when you have non gender changing facilities. Would you want your wife or daughter changing their clothes in front of men?
It doesn't need policing just a law and some common sence FFS.... That’s the answer Jonksy…imo Gender neutral alternative spaces .

I've already given details of both sexual assaults by trans ''women'' inmates (ie men) on female inmates in the female prison estate and the rape of a female hospital patient by a trans ''woman'' patient (ie man) in a NHS female ward where the nursing staff had been instructed as NHS policy to tell the police that there were no men on the ward - only women and therefore no rape was possible . It apparently took an entire year for the NHS to back down and admit to the police that there was a biological male patient on a female ward How about a comparison with the number of men raped in prison. A simple percentage would do. And sexual assaults by women on women? If you're worried about the name "Rape". Easier to include same sex sexual assault as rape, than to punish all trans people for the behaviour of a tiny teeny minority. Leftythink. Rape happens to men so let’s use that as a “ two wrongs makes a right “ argument to let Dave the 6ft scaffolder into women’s prisons .

I'll watch out for your thread. The real giveaway here is that you're attacking Pacifico and trash trolling this thread, because he supports a women's right not to share a cell with a man sentenced with rape. These are your real credentials - an immature spoilt child who couldn't get his own way. Personally I wouldn't expect or want a woman to have to share a cell with a Peter prisoner who has declared that he's now a woman called Patricia prisoner irrespective of their convicted crime whether it is VAT fraud , dangerous driving , theft or rape

Rather than punish trans gender for a tiny minority. Even more true in male prisons. You can be allowed the privacy of a toilet without being able to rape someone. What a twatty suggestion. Nobody who has raped a woman will be locked up with women. What a twatty suggestion. Jeez.

Trolling is permitted on this forum, so what's your problem caller? States the one who supposedly hates trolling. Tell me andrea would you prefer your wife to share changing rooms with a transvestite or or transgender.? Testimony from a top US female swimmer about having to share a pool changing room with Lia Thomas an adult male swimmer now trying to get into the US female Olympic swimming team by claiming to be a woman n addition to being forced to give up our awards and our titles and our opportunities, the NCAA forced me and my female swimmers to swim, to share a locker room with Thomas, a 6’2″, 22-year-old male, equipped with and exposing male genitalia.Let me be clear about this: We were not forewarned we would be sharing a locker room. No one asked for our consent and we did not give our consent. And I’ll set the scene—a swimming locker room is not a place of modesty. You’re undressing, you’re fully exposed, and we were forced to take off our swimsuit in front of a man, who was doing the exact same thing. If nothing else, I truly hope you-all, you can see this is a violation of our right to privacy and how some of us have felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and even traumatized by this experience. Because I saw the tears, I saw the tears from the ninth and 17th place finishers, who missed out on being named an All-American by one place. And I can attest to the extreme discomfort in the locker room, from these 18- to 22-year-old girls, when you turn around and there’s male eyes watching in that same room. And I can attest to the whispers and the grumbles of anger and frustration from these girls, who, just like myself, had worked our entire lives to get to this meet. And I can attest to the fact that around the country, these female athletes who opposed the inclusion of Lia Thomas in the women’s divisions were threatened, intimidated, and emotionally blackmailed into silence and submission.www.dailysignal.com/2023/06/21/riley-gaines-describes-sharing-locker-room-lia-thomas/

Not because they can't be stopped.
