I do have a clue , in fact I have two clues . 1 air heat pumps are useless in winter unless the house is highly insulated. 2 there is a low take up of heat pumps sales . Heat pumps are just not suitable for any house that is not built to modern insulation standards .
A better system would be to fit a heat pump/ gas boiler hybrid . Iirc Handyman had one .

The idea of getting 4 times as much energy out as you put in belongs to Peter von Rittinger in 1856, around the last time you had an actual thought of your own. Why didn't Sunak raise a point of order and make Starmer apologise for lying? I came to the conclusion that not even Sunak can be arsed anymore lol. |
