In 1999, at a time when the "computerisation of the planet" was being lauded as being capable of solving, "within a few years", "all of the world's problems", a computer expert, after detailing "the things that could go wrong", concluded: "Chaos in inevitable". Don’t we have an effective Legal System that can prosecute and imprison these killers and incompetents anymore?? … or is UK Legal now being run by immigrant Religious extremists who practice legalised murder, honour killings and genocide in their homelands? … and don’t know how to prosecute and deport any criminal, murderer or terrorist these days … CHEAPLY!!
