However, many of your compatriots have, and continue, to brand me as "Far right" for what are, quite clearly, very mainstream views. So, sorry but the left do tend to brand anyone who disagrees with them as "Far right" even though the left themselves seem to disagree as to what exactly, leftism is. (See "See2" vs "ProVeritas" vs "Totheleft" etc. etc. etc.). |

The polarity in politics these days fuels the labelling of both sides as 'far...', if it suits the political rhetoric of the speaker. You must be aware that many on the left consider Conservatives to be far right. We have seen it time and again in recent weeks and months, for example; GB News attempts to interview left wing demonstrators, as soon as they see it's GB News they start screaming 'GB News is racist' or 'GB News is far right'. And these bright young left wing idiots are supposedly tomorrows captains of industry. I don't for a moment think every Labour voter is far left, but clearly a very significant minority are, we see them every weekend waving Palestine/Hamas flags or blocking roads or vandalising works of art. On the other hand, to be accused of being far right, it seems all you need do is vote conservative. |
