I thought it was only third world countries that had to put up with dirty water. Oh hang on a minute - we ARE a third world country.

Sewer and water issues are becoming important when people turn up to vote . This latest embarrassment to the water companies reflects badly not only on them but the government and its lack of regulation enforcement .Ofwat needs a kick up the rear .

It's not a joke any more There was a time when we would have to drink bottled water on holiday or face a less than pleasant set of consequences Numerous countries where that was the case when I was my grand daughter's age now have tap water safer than ours, meanwhile .... |
