What I find interesting is that the court accedes to calling him "she" "her" as if they are convinced that it's female.
Why are they not convinced that he is 5 years old? They shouldn't send a 5 year old to a prison.
The courts are showing their common sense in one area and a lack of it in another. Crazy.

He should, in his little dress and sucking his thumb, be incarcerated in the general prison population. I did bring up something like this in an argument with Darling . He just dismissed it as a mental illness.
