I have no idea what level of vetting a prospective police officer goes through these days, although I suspect in order to meet diversity quotas vetting would be seen as racist. Quite obviously diversity quotas should be scrapped. Formal qualifications, in English, should be a minimum requirement, and vetting should be a given. Diversity quotas are: a) Racist against the white English majority. b) Promote a race to the bottom. c) Make it easier for undesirables to be appointed to sensitive jobs. Most people having watched the News and read it printed in the papers over and over again about the arsehole rapist and murderer Couzens, should have least grasped by now the fact that he was not and never was a " Royal Protection Officer " he was a member of the DPG Diplomatic Protection Group, they guarded places such as the Houses of Parliament, Foreign Embassies etc. I have pointed this out to him before but he still gets it wrong, he's about as accurate as a Scud Missile |

A new nurse at the unit where I get my treatment said she was from Hong Kong. I assumed she was here to get away from the Communist domination of our former colony so I made a negative comment about the Chinese government. She frowned and didn't reply. Later that day, when I was at home, my phone rang. When I answered it an angry female "had a go at me" ... in Chinese. When I researched the number she used it had links to scammers in India.
