TV channel GB News is in hot water after Ofcom ruled it breached impartiality rules during a programme presented by former Brexit Party MEP Martin Daubney, who was standing in for Laurence Fox. How many times now is it that GB News has broken ofcom impartiality rules? What did they do to breach the rules? Tell it as it is....

What did they do to breach the rules? They told it as it was lefty old bean....Do keep up FFS.......Labour doing what they do best...Gething under pressure for Labour donation scandal that hardly anyone is talking about........ Pressure is building on the newly appointed Welsh First Minister Vaughan Gething, as week in week out he is facing questions by journalists and politicians over accepting a donation by a twice convicted criminal. This week will be no different, as both Plaid Cymru and the Conservatives plan to pile on the pressure and have put forward motions to be debated in the Senedd...... link

You are the only one that does BVL.... The rules say as a news broadcaster you must give due weight to the significant points of view in a debate. This did not happen here and it is clear to see they didn't just narrowly step in the direction of bias towards a particular point of view, but totally canned it, so it represents a clear breach of the rules.
Now your argument is their point of view is the truth, but not really because there are other opinions on it and we are not just talking about facts but the way the facts are selected and the emotional embellishments, as per one could say that the broadcast amounts to political propaganda. You may like and agree with the propaganda, after all the word propaganda was originally meant to mean something like proper gander as in the gander that does the whole thing properly. It became a word though that was tarnished over time, just as sanctimonious was a compliment on one's holiness originally but that degraded in time as well.
The thing is we don't mind if the gander is a proper one, but when it comes to the BBC's improper gander we really hate it. A better argument here would be to see Ofcom apply the same standards to the BBC. I know they don't. Have you ever listened to Women's Hour.
Make sure it is a proper gander or else!

GB News should and obviously ofcom . But you seem all for Rule Breaking I’ll care the day the lying lefty bbc get carpeted for their bullshit. Like their crap RNLI show extolling the virtues of rescuing economic migrants the french escort into our territorial waters and call tbe RNLI taxi to collect. Funny how the Free Will if you leave a legacy to the RNLI ad shows them picking up a white girl on a li-lo not 100 blacks in a rib You’d think the left would donate more if they showed the latter

If it was an objective BBC report which happened to put this government in a bad light ( falling living standards, the state of our NHS, falling house prices, the approval ratings of Rishi Sunak ), then everyone would care, then it would be the "lefty BBC", and there would be outrage.

Objective BBC reports now seem to be a thing of the past, there is editorial direction apparent in almost everything with political comments appearing unbidden at many turns. The BBC documentaries at one time the envy of the world now pander to the current philosophical positions approved. Climate change almost always appears with the inference that we are to blame, reports on natural events like tornadoes, floods and other weather events.

Strange, how a small handful of right wing populists accuse our BBC of been biased, yet defend the most politically biased news channel on UK TV.
Even more odd when you consider which is the UK's most watched news, and the worlds most trusted, and when you also consider the viewing figures of GB News.
I mean their assertions simply dont add up
