It reminds me of a while back when the Met was accused of being institutionally misogynistic/homophobic etc. etc. while at the same time the commissioner was a gay woman.

The old British Army concept of standard issue tends to apply to education and what they call management training in this country. If the twits had a wrong theory say, like a way of programming their brains which had the unfortunate side effect of insanity, then this would be rolled out across all departments. Once this is done there is no way back because the fools would not be in any sane position to comprehend their own mistakes, and likely they would do more of the mistaken idea in order to try and fix it. |
