Not keeping our stock of PPE up to date and not replacing it cost 10s of thousands of British deaths. Silly me I was under the impression that Covid killed tens of thousands of people around the world and still is, but now I know it was out of date PPE. Another post that attempts to confuse and ridicule. Our stock of PPE was 'allowed' to expire by a deliberate policy of no replacement, but you know that. I was talking about what happened in the UK which is the responsibility of the Tory government.

So its come to the point people cant exercise there democratic rights anymore. Anyone would think were in a police state. What about my democratic rights to go about my lawful business without interference or delay? If I lose a contract because I am unable to get to a business meeting who will compensate me? If a fire engine or an ambulance is held up and I suffer loss of property or loved ones, who is going to compensate me? These vile protestors should either be jailed until they pay their victims compensation or be denied the use of anything produced with oil until they agree to stop injuring people. All good points but an unfortunate consequence of the Tory policy of doing nothing about the real crisis. Instead of calling out the protestors we should all be calling on the government to do something about the use of oil. It is Tory 'unwritten' policy to set groups of people against each other and unfortunately too many people fall for it.

How does blocking the M25 keep our stock of PPE in date? I do wish you would read the posts you respond to. I did not say "blocking the M25 would keep our PPE stocks up" you made that up again 😔. But you know that and are attempting to confuse and ridicule, poor, poor form. Sorry - but in a discussion about activists blocking the M25 you started ranting on about PPE. Trying to see the connection..

What a LOB prove it for once, one bit of information you are ignoring or totally unaware of or just don't know is that the responsibility of ordering and maintaining PPE is down to the Heads of each Indvidual NHS Trusts via the Procurement Department as normal practise which has been in place for a long time. Care Homes running out of PPE as the majority are privately owned down to the owners to source the PPE, if run by Local Authority down to them The Government had to buy different stronger different PPE than before because of Covid, normal NHS PPE was not good enough for those treating Covid patients in the Red Zones

Sorry - but in a discussion about activists blocking the M25 you started ranting on about PPE. Trying to see the connection.. Then read the post I responded to, duh. Which was talking about congestion on the M25 - which happens to be what the thread is about - not some random rant about PPE.

Comparing the possible deaths of a few, terrible though they are, cannot be compared to the Tories policies that have killed 10s of thousands. What about those living in unsafe housing, those living on the streets, those refused care in the community because councils have had their budgets cut. Their policies on climate change are appalling and JSO are trying to do something about it as we all should.

And Labour under Tony Blair launched an illegal war that killed millions - it still has nothing to do with the M25..

When the ambulances get to hospital with critically ill patients, they are held for hours on end up by Tory incompetence, but people do not seem to mention that. When they do get seen they are left on trolleys in corridors because of Tory incompetence. The Tories are killing people daily but you lot are fixated on one small section of the M25 and the protests. Which is exactly what your lord and masters want.

And a quick switch to Labour. 🤣 A war that I never supported and believe he should be held to account.

Here is the thread discussing the NHS - feel free to contribute. ukpoliticsdebate.boards.net/thread/619/nhs-todayFWIW ambulances waiting to dischard patients has nothing to do with the M25 either.
