So let's get this straight. Someone can report another person for (allegedly) saying something and that person will be arrested whether or not an actual offence has been committed. Great.

Going through with an abortion must be the culmination of a horrendously stressful time. Even the likelihood of having a stalker — silently praying or just being there — must add to a patient’s stress. I’m all for substantial exclusion zones for anti-abortionists around clinics…
