So the super Chinese can’t even get the colour right ( or possibly the paper) or get a nice even perf , every time .lol. Chinese firms will try and manufacture what you ask them to manufacture. Their contract is just on simple terms, i.e. you paid this amount for this, you described it like this, we have done it exactly like you wanted so you owe us the money agreed. How do they know what you want them for? It might be to create some piece of artwork to hang in the Tate. They get all sort of odd requests. They will tell you all else is not their department. |

If they produce stamps with the wrong Colour and shitty perfs then they failed to “manufacture what you ask them to manufacture” didn’t they ? |
