Of course,it is obvious, the Police are holding him longer as they appear to have asked a Magistrate to authorise his detention

It was a tragedy that two kids had died, and now their mother as well. I believe the father is on his way back from the US after being informed of the death of his family. The sad fact is, the triple murderer is very unlikely to die in prison.

The suspect arrested on suspicion of the triple murder has now been charged.
One-year-old Naeemah Drammeh and Fatimah Drammeh, aged three, were taken to hospital but later died after the fire in Fairisle Close, Clifton, Nottingham, on Sunday morning.
Their mother, 28-year-old Fatoumatta Hydara, was put on a life-support machine but died on Tuesday.
Jamie Barrow, 31, of Fairisle Close, Clifton, is due in court on Friday.

Hate-filled grievance that went wrong, racially-motivated, or some other motive?
Wonder what the trial will reveal...

The sad fact is, the triple murderer is very unlikely to die in prison. Not true thankfully Red. Murder of more than two people carry an automatic whole life tarrif "For the purposes of setting the starting point for the minimum term the law sets out four categories. Here you will find examples of the types of cases that may fall into each category: In cases such as a carefully planned murder of two or more people, or a murder committed by an offender who had already been convicted of murder the starting point for an offender aged 21 or over is a whole life tariff. For an offender aged 18-20 the starting point would be 30 years and for an offender aged under 18 it is 12 years. In cases such as those involving the use of a firearm or explosive the starting point is 30 years for an offender aged 18 or over and 12 years for an offender aged under 18. In cases where the offender brings a knife to the scene and uses it to commit murder the starting point is 25 years for an offender aged 18 or over and 12 years for an offender aged under 18."

Wonder what the trial will reveal... According to the media the Police and CPS have ruled out racism as a motive, the man charged is a neighbour of the victims it could be just a stupid dispute between neighbours, if there was any hint of racism, they would have charged him with the appropriate charges, ,
