People with an IQ of 140 or above should be able to demand "protection" from the abuse, prejudice, and hostility they are sometimes subjected to by "lesser mortals". The fact that the "rarefied" mindset of geniuses not infrequently leaves them bewildered by the thought processes of the "Common herd" (unless they have specialised in studying how they function) should not be categorised as a "disability" akin to those who are defined as having "learning difficulties". It was said in the late 80's: "People of high intellect who do not receive support from the government are likely to turn to crime". They have.

Bearing in mind that feelings i.e. hormonal learnt reactions, influence thinking and actions and sometime times dominate actions. Where does IQ relate to learnt emotional feelings.
Emotional feelings that humans begin to learn from the last 3 months in the womb up to the age of around two years old, which is the age at which (IIRC) the thinking brain, with no prior knowledge, begins to tick.
