He lied about being a Kosovan to claim asylum when in fact he was an Albanian. He was convicted of raping a fifteen-year-old girl in 2015. An immigration tribunal has decided that it would be ‘unfair’ to strip him of his British citizenship, besides, he likes it here.

He should be made to swim and walk back to Albania, how many more like him still in the UK when they should kicked out in the back of a truck if need be, and make them pay for the ride

Where are the lefties supporting this? ..or do they really believe that immigrants are getting preferential treatment and keeping quiet ?

I always stated ( on these boards ) that no Albanian should have a legitimate reason for claiming Asylum, as Albania is a country not suffering from any form of humanitarian criss, no war or natural disaster. Freedoms and democracy are on a par with European standards.
It ought to be the law, that anyone accepted as a legitimate asylum seeker should initially be on a probation period, and that their application should be reviewed if they commit certain criminal offences.
As a "Lefty" I find this unacceptable, and the rules need changing

The issue was that he wasn’t sent straight back to Albania . |

So he lied about his immigration status when applying for asylum? He then committed a most heinous crime that will scar his victim for life? But a tribunal has said it would be wrong to strip him of British Citizenship? OK, send him to Sandy Bay Island; part of the British Overseas Territory, and it is uninhabited so there's no one there who can become a further victim to his criminal tendencies. Give him a tent, some suitable clothing, a month's supply of food, and drop him off. All The Best |
