Russia has withdrawn from some of the Geneva Conventions and has broken multiple international laws and treaties that it was signed up to.

You're always trying to blame the west and never blaming them.

I was outraged when we violated international law in the 1990's against Serbia, there were other ways to deal with the situation, but at the last moment, an annex was thrown into the Rambouillet accords which prevented any hope of success.
Then Article 1 of the North Atlantic Treaty was violated, and we did not refrain from the threat or use of force, and the bombing campaign went against the UN Charter.

Following the operation, in Kosovo, Ethnic Serbs were persecuted, some were murdered by the KLA and very few remain.

The Iraq war, that was another violation of Article 1 of the North Atlantic Treaty, and also Article 2 subsection 3 and 4 of the UN Charter which state:

3 "All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered".

4 "All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations".

The wars against Ukraine, again in violation of international laws and treaties including the above sections of the UN Charter, the Budapest Memorandum, the CSTO Treaty Article 1 and the Russia Ukraine Friendship Treaty, which was in effect when Putin sent the Wagner Group to steal Odesa, Donetsk and Luhansk, plus the theft of Crimea in 2014 in which a Crimean Tatar was gunned down for protesting.

You're full of condemnation for the West, but won't say boo to Putin or any other dictator.

You know full well, that Putin does not settle international disputes by peaceful means, he bullies, terrorises and murders.
He does not refrain from the threat or use of force.
He does not respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine, its sovereign borders or its independence.

His bullying has driven other nations into joining NATO out of fear of invasion.
