State-funded millionaire uses state-funded broadcaster to rub the noses of normal people in how lucky she is to not have to go through NHS waiting lists.
The only newsworthy story here is how much public money that should be spent for far more worthy things it has all cost.

The medical experts' focus on Kate's and Charles' cancers may well bring benefits for other sufferers of similar cancers. Funding for cancer research will hopefully "Go through the roof".
Cancer had a profound effect on my family. My grandmother's husband had a previous marriage before he married my grandmother. His first wife died of cervical cancer two years into the marriage. My grandmother was pregnant by another man when he met her. During their marriage he did not sleep with her ... because he believed he was responsible for his first wife's cancer. My grandmother had a further seven children by a "family friend" ... her husband accepted them as his own. When he died she married the real father of these seven children. On her deathbed, with the family around her, she said: "Look after Arthur". (her second husband) "He's your father".
