Apparently my local Fire Brigade is institutionally racist - or maybe not...

Brilliant, I watched Lee Anderson chew up someone else on another clip some time ago, he just simply makes these people look completely stupid. Good for the Reform UK Party.

The whole idea of institutions being racist is an invention of the left to curb the right as the more diversity in leadership roles the more left wing influence .
It's because it's a made up as you go along invention that it's so easy for someone like Anderson to pick it apart .

And the silence of the left was deafening.

Apparently my local Fire Brigade is institutionally racist - or maybe not... Apparently not; it seems Lee got the wrong end of the stick.

The whole idea of institutions being racist is an invention of the left to curb the right as the more diversity in leadership roles the more left wing influence . It's because it's a made up as you go along invention that it's so easy for someone like Anderson to pick it apart . Institutional, structural and systemic all appear as racisms and it is hard to define the differences if indeed they do have differences. It is also hard to collate the evidence to show how they have come to exist if indeed they do exist. The blame, of course, is placed upon the majority ethnic group as not doing enough to integrate the other ethnic groups into the mainstream and by that omission creating the conditions that allow such racism to flourish. However the minority ethnic groups in the main insist on being culturally different and independent and the limited crossover into the main stream culture is taken as resistance and discrimination by the mainstream as opposed to resistance and discrimination from the minority culture. A Macpherson recommendation placed a particular need on the police to understand the challenges faced by individuals from minority 'communities' and recognise that and make allowances for it when dealing with either a witness or a suspect from such communities. This created immediately a two tier policing system that we see so much evidence for today.
