Extreme left and extreme right are just the other side of the circle . That reminds me of Rousseau, who wrote some books on his great ideas on how to liberate society and so on. Later on in his book he mentioned those who would stone his house. You know, like a biblical stoning, but with house and all. He never seemed to bridge the gap between his self-proclaimed immense benefit his ideas would bring society and the reality that society was lobbing stones at him. Why? |
