Human Rights Watch reported that on the 2nd of July an airstrike killed 9 people in Stanitsa Luganska, including a father and his 5-year-old son.[3]

On the 12th of July, “multiple rockets hit a residential area in western Donetsk… killing 7 people, including 2 children… The evidence strongly indicates that Ukrainian government forces were responsible.”[4]

The south of Lugansk was bombarded on the 13th and 14th of July. “Among the dead, a female guard at the Lugansk southern district school.”[5] The OSCE inspected the area amidst a crowd of suffering locals.[6]

On the 15th of July a warplane attacked Snezhnoye, “shattering homes and killing 11 people.”[7] Locals desperately rescued a young boy from underneath the rubble. “Yes, he’s in bed. In a blanket.”[8]


Note the lack of condemnation of the Ukraine Army from the EU, America and Israel. … and the Timeline of these events … several years before Putin first intervened … to determine in elections what The People of these regions REALLY wanted.
