Reading the article one question I have right away is why did the “victim” of this attack not want to assist the police in tracking down the group, choosing instead to make himself scarce before they arrived. The shop owner says he “knows one of the gang and wants a word with his dad” so I wonder what the real story is … |

Not exactly the Roath Ruffians squaring up to the Bute Beastie Boys and fighting it out to the death.
Nice place Cardiff, albeit a bit quiet I’ll have you know I beat the crap out of the Bute St Beastie Boys ! Well they did nick my car. It was a time when mum ran the reception for the police surgeon’s GP practice. In the bay. This meant all the PROFESSIONAL criminals in the area knew the only man whose statement “no, that mark wasn’t made by a doorknob, it was made by a size 12 coppers boot” would be believed by the judge employed my mum to keep his day relatively distraction free. I could leave my car with the lights on engine running radio blasting anywhere in Tiger Bay and when I got back it would still be there and maybe a lookout would suggest I PLEASE lock it up next time … But some twat nicked it from the town centre and took it to an Angelina Street chop shop. I recall when I went to collect it some of the locals were not happy. But hand it back they did. These days there’s no respect ….. |
